Cheesy Broccoli Omelet

An easy and delicious way to start your day.
2/3 pkg (640 g) Green Giant* Frozen Broccoli & Cheese Sauce
1 cup (250 mL) chopped , cooked ham
12 eggs, beaten
4 tsp (25 mL) butter or margarine
Cook Broccoli & Cheese Sauce according to package directions for 4 servings. Stir in ham.
In an 8-inch (20 cm) skillet, melt 1 tsp (5 mL) butter. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into skillet and cook until set, loosen edges occasionally with spatula.
Place 1/4 of the broccoli & cheese mixture on half of the omelet.Fold over top and slide onto plate. Repeat for 3 more omelets.
